Join Truckee Dirt Union for a quick Halloween Dig Day on Hobo Hill

👉 Meet-Up
Time: 11:45 am
Meeting Location: Behind the Bathrooms at the TDU trailer off the 01 Fireroad near the lower intersection of El Burro and Jackass Trail.

👉 Parking:
Please park off HYW 89 and ride into the work day. 

👉 What to Bring:

  • Water

  • Trail snacks

  • Hat and eyewear

  • Clothing appropriate for Sierra forest conditions

  • Gloves

  • Bike helmet

  • A readiness to work and participate

👉 Trail Access: Plan to hike or mountain bike in. Expect approximately 1–3 miles of hiking and up to four hours of shaded sun exposure.

👉 Trail Work Schedule:

  • 11:45 AM – Check-in / waiver signing

  • 12 PM – Safety briefing and project overview

  • 12:15 PM – Ride to worksite 

  • 3:45/4 PM – Wrap up worksite and ride out to your personal Halloween Festivities
